we
To all our Friends and Customers in the Abernathy and Haskell Area
At First State Bank Abernathy and First State Bank Haskell, the health and well-being of our customers, team members, and communities is our top priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and we remain committed to serving the needs of our customers as the situation continues to evolve.
To ensure the health and safety of our employees and our customers,
- Our lobbies are open, but we will continue with heightened precautions.
Even though our lobbies are open, as part of our protocols, we will continue the heightened cleaning and disinfecting procedures to maintain a healthy environment for our customers and team members. This includes the drive-thru lanes, and interactive ATM’s.
- Where appropriate we ask you to observe social distancing and mask guidelines
- Additionally we are open for business, locally through our drive-thru banking services both locations as well as our ATM’s, and online with Digital Banking and our Mobile Banking App.
At this time if you have any concerns, we strongly encourage you to use our online services through DIGITAL BANKING for 24-hour access to your account(s). You can access DIGITAL BANKING online or through our First State Mobile Banking app at your convenience. From there you can:
- View your account balances
- Transfer funds
- Securely send money from your account to anyone, anytime
- Make deposits and pay bills
If you’ve not enrolled in DIGITAL BANKING, it only takes a few minutes. Click here to enroll, or call 806-298-2556 in Abernathy or 940-864-1070 in Haskell to speak with a customer service representative who can help you through the enrollment process.
Customers needing to visit their local bank are encouraged to use our drive-thru lanes and ATM’s. You are welcome to use antibacterial hand wipes to wipe down keypads at our drive-thru lanes, and our interactive ATM’s. We encourage you to use hand sanitizer after your completed transaction.
Please feel free to visit either location in Abernathy or Haskell for the same quality service.
We are taking every possible measure to limit the impact of COVID-19 on our day-to-day operations and remain committed to protecting the health and safety of the communities we serve.
Abernathy and Haskell are not branches, they are our homes.
Thank you for putting your faith in us.
We will be posting regular updates on our website FSBabernathy.com.
